Billy Bibby & The Wry Smiles Announce 2016 Winter Tour and New EP

Billy Bibby & The Wry Smiles are up to something good… A new EP and winter tour for 2016. Billy Bibby is former lead guitarist for rock band Catfish and the Bottlemen who gigged their way across the UK and America to get their names out there and earn a very widespread/loyal fanbase. Billy Bibby & The Wry Smiles will be taking on that same gigging philosophy to earn themselves what they deserve: recognition, a widely spread fanbase, and playing massive shows. The EP is set to release in February of 2016 and from the live videos of the band playing together, this EP is going to be brilliant with raw, intricate guitar solos and beautifully put together lyrics and vocals. See what fellow supporter and radio broadcaster, Jenny Betts, has to say about Billy and the band below.

“Billy Bibby has the full package – the vocals and songwriting skills coupled with charm and warmth. His music has the kind of familiarity that you get with an old friend, but a fresh and new sound that you can’t help but love. ‘Waitin for You’ is the kind of song that sticks: it’s a listener’s favourite and a total ear worm of a track that won’t age with time. I can’t wait for the 2016 tour and would urge anyone to catch Billy Bibby & The Wry Smiles at their earliest opportunity before they explode this year!”
