The upcoming Birmingham based band, Breeze, have just released their debut EP entitled Toot de la Fruit and it has done more than just win me over. The band have been one of my favorites for a while now and with the release of this EP is a great way to showcase you why that is.
The five track EP starts out with Intro, I always love it when a band has an intro because it let’s you know what kind of sound you’ll be listening to. Breeze’s sound being very unique and “dream pop” as they describe it. Sellotape is the next track focusing mainly on a soft pop-y sound with beautiful, eloquent guitar playing in the background throughout the entire song, it’s a great listen. The next track is one of my favorites, entitled Luna Love Me Good. This song is very upbeat and catchy, anyone could love this track. Three Years and Bleach are the last two songs on the EP. Both tracks giving you the same gorgeous and dreamy sound, this EP ranks as one of my all-time favorites to listen to.
