EP Review: Sego Wicket Youth

We were given the pleasure to have a early listen to Sego’s debut EP Wicket Youth, and a pleasure it was. With the first listen of lead song 20 Years Tall, I had a smile on my face that didn’t fade until the EP ended.

Natives of Utah, Spencer and Thomas aka Sego, now live in LA. They have given us five tracks of exhilarating, happy music, that will creep back into your head days after your last listen.

The songs have an electric feel, full of rhythms that pulse and guitar riffs that swell just in the right places.

Wicket Youth’ is out on October 27th via Kitsuné

About Teri (805 Articles)
You can usually find me traveling, queuing, or at barricade for a band. I am most likely doing all three things in a day. If I'm not at a concert you can also find me digging through crates for that coveted black disc, I'm an avid vinyl lover and I have the receipts to prove it.
