Listen to BERRIES’ “Faults”

The latest release from London three-piece BERRIES‘ upcoming second EP, Faults is a continuation of their signature guitar riff-driven sound intertwined with a sulk-like blasé attitude that anyone can relate to. The honeyed vocals are paradoxical, in a brilliant way, because there’s a brooding serrated edge that is reminiscent of the late great Dolores O’Riordan. Faults is giving us post ’90s grunge vibes but it’s not hackneyed, it manages to be crisply fresh. Listen below.

Upcoming BERRIES dates:

03/02 – Liverpool, Popped Music Presents, Sound
03/03 – Manchester, Scruff of The Neck Presents, Aatma
03/16 – London, Camden Assembly Scruff of The Neck Presents
03/23 – Brighton, Scruff of The Neck Presents, Sticky Mike’s Frog Bar
04/11 – London, Mark Beaumont Presents at The Monarch

The most important thing to know about me is that I'm a melomaniac and shameless fangirl. I am addicted to concerts, they are my sanctuary and safe haven. When I'm on the front row on the barricade of a concert... I feel that I am truly home. I'm also a proud and happy vinyl crate-digger. Whether it's searching for vinyl at flea markets, garage sales, vintage shops... I am a sucker for the crackling of a good record when the needle drops on a turntable. I am a true Cancer with Moon in Cancer. Social Media: @youthquakermimi
