Listen: TOY “Clouds That Cover the Sun”

British psych-rock band TOY is releasing a new album, Clear Shot, is set to be released on October 26 via Heavenly. They’ve already shared its first two singles Fast Silver and I’m Still Believing. Now the band has shared another song from the album, the mid-tempo Clouds That Cover the Sun. The track name is fitting, it feels hazy and calmly somber with touches of guitar strumming that can be symbolic of sun rays. It’s dreamy and we’re really digging it. Listen below.

Clear Shot is the band’s third album, it’s the follow-up to 2013’s Join the Dots. It was recorded with producer David Wrench in late 2015 and mixed in LA by Chris Coady – who’s worked with Beach House, Smith Westerns, and Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
Clear Shot Due Out October 26th via Heavenly Records.
