NAF “Door”

Jenny Lewis, Erika Spring, and Tennessee Thomas’ supergroup NAF (aka Nice As Fuck) recently released their self-titled debut album and now they’ve shared the video for lead single, Door.

The video for Door was filmed at Tennessee Thomas’ Deep End Club, an East Village boutique and an active community space. NAF’s songs were written at the Deep End Club so it’s bittersweet to write that Thomas will be closing its doors, after three years, this weekend. The video for Door serves as a beautifully fitting goodbye to the space. Keep an eye out for Albert Hammond, Jr., of the Strokes and solo, who makes a cameo appearance as the landlord and Adam Green of the Moldy Peaches plays a newspaper hawker. Watch below.
It premiered via Noisey, where the band provided the following statement:

“Here’s the video for ‘Door’ filmed in the Deep End Club, where the songs were written, surrounded by members of our activated community. The Deep End Club closes its ‘Door’ this weekend after three years, but it’s message of Peace & Love will continue on in many forms.”

Nice as Fuck’s self-titled album is out now via Jenny Lewis’ own Love’s Way Records.
