New Video Release: Aimée Osbourne “Raining Gold”

Raining Gold is the debut single/video by ARO (pronounced “arrow”) by Aimée Osbourne. The video is a beautiful piece of morbid cinematography. Directed by Spencer Susser, co-director of Lana Del Rey’s Summertime Sadness, the video centers around the aftermath of a bloody car crash and a diner. Aimée’s dulcet vocals are hauntingly beautiful mixed with slow simmering guitar riffs and throbbing beat that I cannot get enough of. Aimée told Rolling Stone….

I wanted the song to touch on how overwhelming and isolating it feels to be constantly misunderstood and the importance of choosing to break free from that and just believing in yourself,” she told Rolling Stone.“It’s so valuable to always try and put yourself in someone else’s shoes. I hope this song reminds people of that.

Look out for an official EP by ARO, we already can’t get enough of Aimée’s voice, so we can’t wait to hear more.

Did we mention that Aimée is the daughter of the iconic Ozzy Osbourne?

The most important thing to know about me is that I'm a melomaniac and shameless fangirl. I am addicted to concerts, they are my sanctuary and safe haven. When I'm on the front row on the barricade of a concert... I feel that I am truly home. I'm also a proud and happy vinyl crate-digger. Whether it's searching for vinyl at flea markets, garage sales, vintage shops... I am a sucker for the crackling of a good record when the needle drops on a turntable. I am a true Cancer with Moon in Cancer. Social Media: @youthquakermimi
