Regina Spektor “Bleeding Heart,” View Official Tracklisting

It’s been four years since Regina Spektor’s last studio album and we’re happy to say, she’s back. We’ve heard from her sporadically since then, in the form of the theme song for the Netflix original show, Orange is the New Black. She also made a cameo Adam Green’s Aladdin, and contributing a cover of George Harrison’s While My Guitar Gently Weeps for the upcoming animated movie, Kubo and the Two Strings.
Luckily for us, Spektor has a new album out on September 30th via Sire/Warner Bros. The album is titled, Remember Us to Life and the leading track is called Bleeding Heart. It’s nostalgic of classic Spektor but there’s an progression of strings and even layers of synths peppered throughout the track. The way she nimbly plays the ivories and her temerity we all fell in love with continues to live on as Bleeding Heart hits the 2:31 mark.

Most important thing to know about me is that I’m a melomaniac and shameless fangirl. I am addicted to concerts, they are my sanctuary and safe haven. When I’m on the front row on the barricade of a concert… I feel that I am truly home.
I’m also a proud and happy vinyl crate-digger. Whether it’s searching for vinyl at flea markets, garage sales, vintage shops… I am a sucker for the crackling of a good record when the needle drops on a turntable.
I am a true Cancer with Moon in Cancer and ascending in Pisces.
Also, loves dogs (especially my son Elvis) and quality food porn pictures.
Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook: @youthquakermimi
