In a faux press conference via Facebook Live, St. Vincent aka Annie Clark finally announced her fifth album Masseduction (to clarify it’s pronounced Mass Seduction, not Mass Education) that she co-produced with Jack Antonoff, she also said that”putting out a record is like having a Bridezilla-style wedding every two to three years.” The new LP is out October 13th via Loma Vista.
After “taking questions in the style of Sarah Huckabee Sanders,” St. Vincent answered all the questions that artists are usually asked along with others. Watch it below.

After the wistful premier track that is New York, the follow-up track is Los Ageless and it’s a stirring jolt of new wave pop that was unexpected but somehow expected since Jack Antonoff is a co-producer. It’s a definite banger and you can listen to it below.

Since Sunday, St. Vincent’s been releasing a series of video clips which are produced with Carrie Brownstein that mock music journalists and the stale questions she consistently receives, like, “What’s it like being a woman in music?” Watch below.

The most important thing to know about me is that I'm a melomaniac and shameless fangirl. I am addicted to concerts, they are my sanctuary and safe haven. When I'm on the front row on the barricade of a concert... I feel that I am truly home. I'm also a proud and happy vinyl crate-digger. Whether it's searching for vinyl at flea markets, garage sales, vintage shops... I am a sucker for the crackling of a good record when the needle drops on a turntable. I am a true Cancer with Moon in Cancer. Social Media: @youthquakermimi
