Great Void have just released a lyric video, and it is a strange one at that, for their newest single Medicine Ball.
Brooklyn producer and electronic musician Josh Ascalon is the brainchild behind Great Void. He began experimenting with analog synthesizers at the age of 14, and that experimentation continues to be the driving force behind his brand of electronic pop.
While recording Shift Age, Josh banned all use of plug ins and digital sequencing, along with the use of software synths. He also recorded, produced and mix the album on his own.
Medicine Ball is taken from the upcoming debut LP Shift Age, which will be released this Friday, September 4th.
