Dune Rats share live video for ” Bad Habits “

Dune Rats shared their latest video for “Bad Habits,” a cut pulled from their #1 January LP Hurry Up And Wait. The video takes the viewer across the band’s Australian headlining tour last month which saw them play their biggest rooms yet in Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne with bands Ruby Fields, Dear Seattle and TOTTY on support.

Of the video Dune Rats frontman Danny Beus says, “We always pictured ‘Bad Habits’ would be a live clip, even when recording it we’d joke about how big the chorus feels and fun it would be to play it live. So we all feel really lucky we were able to go out on tour a few weeks back and film it while having an awesome time playing to epic crowds.

On Hurry Up And Wait, the band worked with best mate and producer James Tidwell (Violent Soho) along with engineer Mitch Kenny, producer/songwriter Miro Mackie, and mixer Mike Green to create their cleanest and most mature release to date – honing in on their beloved brand of raucous, anthemic 90s skate punk.

The Dunies were forced to reschedule all three legs of their North American tour due to COVID-19, but are looking forward to announcing rescheduled dates for their American and Canadian fans soon.

Hurry Up And Wait is out now via Rise Records – buy/stream it here.

You can usually find me traveling, queuing, or at barricade for a band. I am most likely doing all three things in a day. If I'm not at a concert you can also find me digging through crates for that coveted black disc of vinyl.
