Maxwell Joseph and Connor Pledger are Moby Rich, a La two piece who craft songs that are full of bold, pop hooks and visuals. They have an interesting way of writing the songs they perform, most are written on an acoustic guitar, their thought process is if a song sounds good acoustic, it probably sounds good full stop.
The pair just released their second single, Sabotage, which follows their 2018 break out hit Yoko Ono, which has over 1.5 million Spotify streams to date. Of the song Connor says, “We wrote ‘Sabotage’ because its fucking true. We constantly mess things up for ourselves. Fear turned fate, even. Life is already difficult just trying to cope, then we allow ourselves the room to fuck it up even more. Maxwell and I try to find topics that we both agree with, and this one was a no brainer.”

Moby Rich will perform their first-ever headlining show in Los Angeles on June 26th at Resident DTLA. Tickets are available HERE!
