Josh Cumbee ” Sound Of Your Name “

Having worked behind the scenes in music for a while, ( including racking up a few Grammy nominations ) Josh Cumbee has decided, you could say, to let the world hear his real voice. The singer-songwriter and producer has released his debut single Sound Of Your Name. The infectious pop song is a story of living in the absence of your once in a lifetime love and is filled with subtle electronics and warm acoustic guitars.

The Caracals ” On & On “

Hailing from Santa Ana California The Caracals have released new single On & On, which is the 2nd Single of the “Dust & Honey” EP that will drop next month in March. On & On is a warm washed out take on modern psych music that wraps around the listener like a thick fuzzy blanket on a harsh winters day, you are instantly comforted and relaxed by it.

Jake Knox ” Breaking Up With Dreams “

We loved the new song Breaking Up With Dreams by Jake Knox, which takes us on a journey with the hopeless romantic and all his heartbreaks and breakups, which are all true by the way. The single is taken from Knox’s second album of the same name which is to be released later this year. The album explores the world of being an adopted Colombian kid growing up in the white suburbs of DC and navigating love, race issues, and overcoming self-hate.

Maxwell Watts ” Higher Than The Sun “

Born in Belgium, Maxwell Watts moved to Manchester where he is now located in 1998 for its music and party scene. He has recently released his new single Higher Than The Sun which is the second song off his forthcoming as yet untitled album. The song deals with ” letting go of your inner constraints, reaching a higher state of mind and believing in who you are.” and is full of warm tropical sounds and vibes that will have you swaying in no time. Put this on your playlist, it is a must to usher in the upcoming warmer weather.

About Teri (2199 Articles)
You can usually find me traveling, queuing, or at barricade for a band. I am most likely doing all three things in a day. If I'm not at a concert you can also find me digging through crates for that coveted black disc of vinyl.
