Stay Lunar get us up and moving this Monday Morning with their new single “Catch Up “

We felt the need for a bit of synth to get our Monday morning off to a great start, providing that for us is Bristol England’s five-piece Stay Lunar, who have fused together a fun indie-pop sound with dreamy bits in their new single Catch Up. The band tells a bit about their music…

“We want to make music that makes people feel something, but simultaneously want to dance”, explains singer/songwriter Harry Leigh. “We really enjoy capturing melancholic subjects in their rawest form, then crafting them into upbeat and energetic songs. For us, it spins difficult topics and situations into hopeful, optimistic pieces”

Crafted with the help of producers Ady Hall and Lee McCarthy of Sugar House (Pales Waves, Larkins, Viola Beach, and Mint), ‘Catch Up’ is inspired by the inability to move on from a relationship, which has been brought to life in the accompanying music video. Watch Below:

You can usually find me traveling, queuing, or at barricade for a band. I am most likely doing all three things in a day. If I'm not at a concert you can also find me digging through crates for that coveted black disc of vinyl.
